My favorite part of being a coach is taking previously overwhelmed clients and turning them into autonomous and high achieving human beings! Often what seems the most complicated can be worked around by changing a few key lifestyle factors. Being able to provide people from all walks of life with the solutions they need truly aligns with my passion and purpose in life, to make people’s lives better than they were before they met me!

PROUDEST MOMENT

My Proudest moment was achieving a massive mindset shift in a client who had chronically been eating too few calories for her body. Having halted in strength and treating her body like it was only valuable on low calories and trying to look ‘lean’, to eating more fuel, lifting more weight, gaining more muscle and understanding her body has more purpose than to be lean, we saw major improvements across all pillars of health. These results make me proud to be a coach as I know I am making a difference.

Before becoming a client of Kyrin’s I was lost with not only how to get my body in the best shape that it could possibly be, but also my health. I had barely any experience with nutrition in fact I didn’t even know what macros were and how to track them. Becoming Kyrin’s client he gave me great nutritional guidance and how to break meal portion sizing down. Showed me how to track my macros so I’m getting all the right food intake in. He gave me a program to train and become a beast, and also taught me how to train with RPE which helps throughout all my sets and exercises. Kyrin helps create a better version of you, this has been the best experience for my training for as long as I’ve been at the gym. Could never turn back!"

“I have been training with Kyrin for almost 6 months now after making the decision to focus more on specific strength based training and learn more about nutrition for long term success.

In that time Kyrin’s passion and dedication for helping his clients reach their goals has shone through each and every week via great communication, genuine education for long term success and amazing knowledge of his craft.
