Here’s Kayla’s progress over roughly 15 months of coaching.

Kayla has been outstanding from day 1 and the results show. Kayla came with the goal of improving body composition but also finding a training and nutrition structure that keep her compliant and enjoying it over a long period of time was super important to her. The plan was relatively simple as her body composition goals were not very immediate.

  • No food tracking but prioritising protein and vegetables/fruits in all meals

Steve

Steve lost 12kg and got in the best shape of his life.

​Over 8 months Steve lost 12kg to reveal a very impressive physique. Steve was already an extremely hard worker in the gym and when this was complimented with some guided training and nutrition from his 3PT coach he was able to achieve an incredible result.

Bernie

Bernie lost 6kg after a long gaining phase.

Bernie has been working away in preparation for a physique show in 2023. When we say Bernie has shown commitment like no other we mean it.

She has just gone through a 12 week fat loss phase where she dropped 6kg. What’s super impressive though is to see the muscle development that’s occurred as a result of a long gaining phase before this.

Bernie is now in a maintenance phase to solidify her current physique and before moving into the next part of her prep.

Kim

Kim had the goal to change her body composition and increase her strength for rowing.

We ran a 4 day, upper/lower training split with Kim with the main considerations obviously dieting but also taking into account that she was doing this in conjunction with her rowing training roughly 3 times a week. For this reason, training volume was kept on the low side with increases in load across a few main lifts being our key focus.

For nutrition, rather than have a flat number of calories per day across the week we implemented high and low days with the aim to take in the extra calories on days where training output was higher in order to maintain performance as best as we could.

Across this time Kim lost 8kg and saw some very impressive increases within her numbers.
