We have kept numbers capped to ensure the comfort and usability of it’s current members and coaches. We offer and all inclusive training environment where everyone feels welcome and supported no matter where you are starting your journey from.

I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase “We are not your typical gym” before. You then rock up and are treated just like another number in the system.
At 3PT no matter what service you enter in we are committed to ensuring you get results and enjoy your time at the studio.
We have 8 coaches that are always happy to answer any questions you may have and help in any way they can. On top of this, all members will receive a welcome pack that includes:
- 3, 4 and 5 day training programs that you are free to use
- Copies of our 3 nutrition guide books
- All other information that is needed to make you starting at 3PT as seamless as possible
On top of this, we simply just want to ensure you enjoy your time with us. Our coaches love interacting with everyone at the gym and you’ll be bound to meet some new people as you go.
Our final point is that 3PT is not another high turnover membership gym and we cap membership numbers. This means that we are able to maintain the user experience by not having an overcrowded space.

We understand that the gym can be intimidating for some but we don’t want that to be the reason that you don’t start. For this reason we really take pride in ensuring that people feel comfortable from their first encounter and throughout their time with us.

We actually have two membership options.
Our standard membership is the most basic option and simply gets you studio access. Within this membership you will receive:
- FOB access 7 days per week
- 3, 4 and 5 day training templates
- Copies of a 3 nutrition e-books
- No exit fees
- The ability to suspend for long holidays and injury
The weekly cost of this membership is $29.95 p/w
Our premium membership is designed for those that have some gym experience and want to fast track their results. Within this membership you will work directly with a coach online and receive:
- FOB access 7 days per week
- Initial pre exercise screening
- Personalised program with updates
- Nutrition coaching to compliment your training
- Weekly check ins with your coach
- No exit fees
- The ability to suspend for long holidays and injury
The weekly cost of this membership is $74.95 p/w
No is the short answer. You are free to cancel your membership at any stage at no cost.
The studio is not 24/7 but you will have access from 5am – 8pm 7 days a week. Please note that your key won’t get you access after 8pm but you are welcome to stay past 8pm if you are already in the gym before then.
